This one's for all my brujitas out there. It's very exciting to try out a new spell full of ingredients. Activating a proper witches brew full of goodies is pretty cool, but I encourage you to also delve into the magic of simplicity. When you approach the Spirit of your ingredients on an intimate level, with respect & an open heart, they will infuse any concoction with their full strength. Give them your full attention & they will teach you their secrets and show up as true friends.
Take time to listen to them as you honor your practice. (Annnnnd of course, make sure they're non-toxic before you ingest them!)
