The biggest part of healing is taking responsibility for how you've gotten to the present moment. You must acknowledge your wins, your losses, your strengths, your weaknesses, your deepest wishes, and your ACTIONS. That last part is exactly what catapults you from the past to now. Anyone can say I want to get fit, but if that person's not doing all they can, would you believe they actually want what they say? To love a thing is to love all the actions required to bring that thing into a thriving existence.
To find the ideal lover, you must become your image of the ideal lover to your SELF. Give yourself the goodygoodgood and watch your life change. Giving yourself what you need will strengthen your BS monitor & help keep energy vampires at bay... Then count the number of potential lovers knocking on your door. Show up for yourself instead of being upset at others for not doing it for you. 🏹 These may be annoying words if you're on the first steps to magnifying self-love but take it from a bruja who people-pleased her way through toxic serial monogamy most of her life. I get it and I still say, DO IT. Love Yourself enough to meet your own expectations.
The Tarot can be incredibly helpful in this process. By highlighting what would be best to focus on, when to begin, and even what you might struggle with along the way, Tarot readings can be a great guide to creating a roadmap to healing with ease and grace. It is also a great tool for dealing with whatever comes up emotionally through the process. Tarot or no, it's not the easiest thing to face the truth but it does get easier and the attachment to what you cannot control will become more digestible over time. The power comes in seeing things from a different angle.
