Pole Heels 101
is a beginner-friendly class for first-timers and anyone breaking in new heels.
Pastel Supernova will cover the basics of walking, floor-to-standing transitions, and ankle strengthening exercises to help you feel stable and confident.
This is a supportive, no-pressure introduction to moving safely and comfortably in your heels.
