I love podcasts. At first, I thought they were dumb but exposure to the right stuff converted me instantly. Now I listen to them all the time and finally committed to producing one of my own. (This is where together we jump for joy then drop it, pop it & twerk.)

I'm halfway through my death doula training and I've got shit to say about it... I always have opinions but the more I learn the more I feel this stuff needs to be normalized! We need to replace the fear and discomfort with tools and empowerment. If you've been following my witch tips, you already know how vital shadow work is to personal growth. And here's more of it, in small doses.

I'll be sharing personal journeys, and conversing with insightful minds on everything to do with the inevitable. To launch the first episode, I share how I went from being a full-time performer to diving head-first into the industry of death and dying. I also gab with former cosmetology school owner turned licensed massage therapist, Jarid M Laird about approaches to death and how he's working to create a legacy platform that goes much further than anything I've heard of.

Please subscribe, rate, and review. Your love is my fuel. If you want to join the live recording, find me on the Stereo platform every Sunday at 12.30 pm EST. You can find my death doula-related work catch me @deathdoulapastel on ig (The official doula site will be out in the new year.)

Have a listen and let me know what you think.🌻

Having lost a family member recently and seeing the end coming for several others, I will lean in to your podcast. Death is easy. Dying is complicated.
